OK Now just tighten up the Drain Screw back up so gas does not come out.
We now know gas is getting to the carb so that is good. Now it could be NO GAS is being sucked into the motor OR NO SPARK. Do you happen to have a SPARE SPARK PLUG if so Take the BOOT CAP OFF the spark plug on the motor and stick the SPARE SPARK PLUG into the BOOT CAP. Then hold it by the RUBBER BOOT and hold the medal part of the SPARK PLUG on the VALVE COVER and crank it. See if the spark plug is SPARKING. If you don't have a spare plug then take the one on the motor and use that.
WE NEED: SPARK, FUEL AND AIR at the very LEAST for the motor to run.
If you do not HAVE A SPARE PLUG when you take it out LOOK AT IT: IF IT IS DRY NO GAS, IF IT IS WET IT IS NOT FIRING.

HAHA I didn't even see the fact that he had swapped hoses great catch! I got a great laugh out of that. Still no start though, hmm did you check spark? Problems usually don't usually all come at once but you never know. Also did you try to just spray starter fluid directly into the back of the carb or the directly into the intake? Adjusting valves is always good thing to try as Alleyoop said. Also your welcome. I started using forums to diagnose scooter problems about 2 years ago. These guys have helped me a ton. So its time I helped others.

Ok, I tested the spark plug as you said. It took me a few minutes to get at it so by the time I did, I couldnt tell whether it had been wet or not. (Sorry!)
However, I tested it as you said, and it did spark, although it was a fairly small spark. Here is a video of it:
The plug did look fairly dirty, so Im thinking Ill just get a new plug even if that isnt the problem. I dont know how old this one is, so it cant hurt.
Dragono: I dont have any starter fluid, and Im not 100% sure what you mean by the valves. Ive adjusted the idle screw and air mixture screw on the carb, if thats what you mean.

So you've got spark. That's good. If you don't have any starter fluid I sometimes use the a bit of gas in a spray bottle although it doesn't seem as effective sometimes as starter fluid.
Your valves open and close letting either fresh air in or exhaust out at certain times during the stroke. (its a 4 stroke bike correct? I assume so as most are these days) I'll spare you the classroom part , Follow this link Its for a 50cc but the steps are the same except your clearances may be a bit larger,
However, I would get some starter fluid from an auto parts store and take the airbox off of the carb and try to spray fluid directly into the back of the carb. Sometimes these things need a kick in the butt to get started after messing with them since they are so sensitive. If that doesnt work adjust valves like in the video. If THAT doesnt work, time to get out the compression gauge and see what compression you're getting.

HUZZAH! A new spark plug and some starter fluid did it. Its up and running better than ever! Thank you all so much for your help. :)
I do have ONE last question;
In the midst of trying to get it to start again after cleaning the carb, I did a lot of adjusting the air mixture screw, and Im honestly not sure where it should be adjusted to now. :p (before this whole thing, I had never messed with it so I have no reference point to where 'normal' is)
So my question is this; how many turns should it be, and in which direction? Right now I turned it clockwise as far as it would go, and then loosened it by 1 full 360 degree turn counterclockwise.
Where is a good place to have it? Also which was is 'open' and which way is 'closed'? Like, if I turn it clockwise as far as it goes, is that all the way open, or all the way closed?
I realize I could just sort of run it for a while and adjust the screw as needed, but I would rather know for sure rather than leave it to trial and error. Any and all advice appreciated, and again, thank you all so much for your help getting this fixed. :)
