I have a mirror that won't stay in place. It swivels to easily. I have looked to see if there is any way to tighten it up around the ball, but have not found anything. It was like that since new bout month ago. Is there an easy fix for this or do I need to try to find a new mirror that is a close match to the other one?

New bike with a warranty which at a minimum should get you a new mirror sent to you by the company you bought it from. Why look for a soulution that you will have to pay for yourself? Sometimes you can pop off the mirror glass without damaging it too badly and a reset the clip that provides tension to the ball mount however it will many times just slip back off. Then you still need to remount the mirror glass so that it does not fall off afterwards.
I would politely engage the warranty folks where you bought it and ask for a replacement mirror.
