Hey guys I got a Kymco Agility 50 that now has low compression so I think its time to do a rebuild. And hey why not do a 80cc BBK since i'm buying all new parts in any case. My questions are not how to install a bbk because I have done it before. When I did one on another bike I noticed immediate acceleration difference, but top end was still circa 30mph. This was with everything else stock except an upjet and the top end rebuild.
My question is, if I want this thing to do 40mph and I put in an 80cc bbk what other mods do I need to do to get it to that point. (gearing ratio is out of the question, i refuse to ever open that thing again)
Like should I get a performace pipe and a free flow filter?
Or just drill holes into my airbox?
Or just drill holes into exhaust?
Ofcourse slightly heavier roller weights/sliders
I've been trying to find the right thread because I know someone has asked this question already I just cant find it.
Basically my bottom line is , what im your opinion will give me the most bang for my buck in other mods to compliment the 8cc bbk.
