Well I just noticed my two Koso variators are different my first is on the left and the second on the right . First look at where the belt touches on each at start " big difference " . . Now look at the extra space where the boss meets the ramp on the Koso on the right . . One may be a fake Koso .

It looks like there is a lot of extra room at the Bolton of the variators , it's just the pic , it looks even as u look down on them .

I have no idea, I don't know much about Koso's.
It's hard to tell if the boss is shorter on the right, or the angle of the ramps are different...or both.
It almost looks like the one on the right was riding on a washer that was on the boss. The outer diameter of the inner circle looks really shiny for sure.
That's all I got for you, my brain is in shutdown mode...lol.

How do they compare looking at the ramps? Any stamps or cast marks? I wouldn't use any performance part (or stock part) that didn't have any at all...

I've never noticed any stamped markings . Also the one on the right does have a slightly more angled ramp.

Actuall the ramp on the right seems to have the same angle it seems as if the ramp is longer . I'll have to measure it .
