I have a taotao 150cc scooter and I tried to install a a9 camshaft but the exhaust valve is too tight when I put it in. What do i do?

Loosen the rocker arms make sure the cam is set right " in time" and set the valves to .004 on each .

Scrub that , first make sure u have the cam set right " in time " that's your problem . U installed the cam out of time and the valves are hitting the rocker arms causing them to be tight . Or u r in time and just need to adjust the valves.
