Well I decided to ride into walmart around 4:30 am cause I could not sleep . It was around 46 degrees outside so it was kinda nippy out . I rode her hard the whole way there about 12 miles and on the way back I noticed my speedo jumpin . And as I slow down the speedo wouldn't register at all . So when I got home I removed the cable from the speedo puck and the end of the cable that sorta forks is broke off . So I guess I'm in need of a new cable , or I might get a digital gauge cluster .

I knew a guy who went to Walmart and got a bicycle speedo, the type with a magnet that attaches to the wheel and fork. Just had to calibrate it. Read more accurately than the original speedo.
But, I'd just get a new cable, as, those total electronic ones (Dakota Digital) are really expensive, let alone a PITA to wire/configure.
Either way, glad it was just a small issue, and a speedy fix
