Hi,
I have a 2006 qingqi 2 stroke with a H1E41qmb engine.
There is a restriction in the exhaust, but i have blocked that. I have also cut the wire loop going out from the CDI. There are no visible restrictions in the variator.
Any tips getting this to go any faster? Restriction in carburator? intake etc?

if its the chain drive model, then short of a big bore, which is only 60cc, thats pretty much it. is this the model with the cylinder vertical?

Other than at the exhaust where it attachs the motor, a washer or built up BOSS if it is not a chain drive and the CDI rev limiter. The only other thing is if you have a CV carb on it they sometimes put a piece of cylinder to limit the slide from completly pulling the needle out of the main jet. Alleyoop

Ok have you taken a look at your BOSS that is the piece of metal tubing that the Variator move in and out to close and push the belt up. Also mark the Variator like this and see how high the belt is climbing up the variator at WIDE OPEN THROTTLE. Alleyoop MARK IT 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch and see how much of a mark is left.

Ok, thanks for your answers. I have found out that my engine is the same as in the more known suzuki AD 50,
Does anyone of you know this engine?

If you removed the exhaust restriction make sure to upjet which is install a larger main jet in the carb . Most use Mikuni VM11/22 Mjs . Remove and weigh your rollers . Lighter can rev higher but too light will have a top end loss . Heavier can have more top end but less on take off and up hill .
A BBK will do wonders ! The 50 had an exhaust port shaped like a D and only would hit 8k RPMs while riding even though it hit 10k on the center stand ( dumb idea to rev that high but I only did it for a split second ) . The BBK the exhaust port was an O shaped and now hits 10,500 RPMs since it flows better .
