Your clutch should not be engaging at that low of an RPM. Are you sure the tach is set to once per revolution?

Raise the Idle just a little to say 1300-1400 the wheel should just want to spin or turn very slowly. Your very close.
Now that you have a TACH have you set the Fuel Ratio Mixture to get the HIGHEST IDLE out of the mixture? Try the fuel ratio screw with 1/4 turn in either direction to see if the RPMS rise? And when you turn it one way or the other wait about 10 seconds to let the motor catch up with the 1/4 turn. Alleyoop

Here is a video of it in the 1200-1300 range. I think I will go back to the mixture screw and make sure it's set correctly.

Here is a video of it in the 1200-1300 range. I think I will go back to the mixture screw and make sure it's set correctly. sounds like it is running lean. seems like the rpm's are hanging after you let go of the throttle. should return to idle almost immediately.

The fuel mixture is not yet set right, after it is warmed up like that it should start much easier than how it is starting now. Alleyoop

I made another attempt at the mixture screw and recorded the results for you guys:

Not good, your wheel is spinning at those rpms, which puts a load on the motor at low rpms and will cause it to die. Take your cvt cover off and lets see why your rear wheel is turning at those low rpms. Alleyoop

Ok, I got the cover off of the cvt, what am I looking for?

Put up a picture or video of it idleing with the cvt cover off. But what your looking for is if the BELT is up on the variator some and down on the Clutch pulley some to making the clutch engage at low rpms. Alleyoop

I started it up and it was idling at like 1200, which is less than the 1400-1500 I thought it was idling at before (I might be mistaken about before)....anyway, I turned up the idle screw to about 1400-1500, the back wheel was spinning and I recorded the cvt area for you....

Now that was a good idle, I did not hear it miss or drop in the idle. Now the Video it was hard to see the how far the belt was down on the clutch pulley. Leave the idle as is and take a straight shot of the cvt from the side as your looking at it so we can see how far down the belt may be in the clutch pulley. Do you know what size belt is on there and did you put on a new belt maybe it is the wrong size if it's pulling down the belt in the CLUTCH pulley.
Now the rear wheel was not spinning really fast have you tried to get it off the stand and get on it while idling like that and see if it puts a load on the motor and drops the rpms or wants to move on you, If it does then the rear wheel is spinning to fast. Alleyoop

That video was made at night, I just made a new one in the daytime in the hopes that you can see what your looking for.....by the way, this morning the scooter started right up with no problem.

Bille, By GOD YOU GOT IT the wheel is not spinning fast and actually just very slow, you can probably turn the IDLE SPEED screw Just a hair Counter Clockwise and RIDE IT BRO. And see now it starts much easier GOOD JOB I know it took a while but the IDLE SPEED and the Fuel mixture have to be right for both to work right.
The belt on the CVT looks fine, thank you for taking the time doing the Videos it does help a lot to try a diagnose something miles away. I always say a Video or Picture is worth a thousand words. Alleyoop

It's idling around 1300 with the wheel spinning, that's ok? Also, I need to replace the throttle cable. If you remember, my throttle was on upside down, and still is. I think they did that because the cable was too short? When I try to put it together with the throttle upright, there isn't enough slack. While messing with it, the cable has started to fray and come apart near the throttle.
