I will be buying a new scooter Wednesday. My chooses are
Lance PCH 125 $1900.00 with 2 year factory warranty.
Kymco Agility 125 $1900.00 warranty unknown.
This will be my first 125cc after 5 years of 49cc China Scooters.
Any subjection's?

IMO the Lance offers the best all around bang for the buck but the Agility may be the quickest 125 around. I'm i huge SYM/Lance guy I own three and all have been bullet proof.
I would buy the PCH but you can't go wrong with either. That said what's up with the warrantee on the Kymco ? It should also be 2 year.

Do a national craigslist search for a scoot you want, for me there were no lance dealers to do warranty work close by. I saw a lot of Kymco like 200i's for sale for $1999. That's a lot of bike for 2k, efi, dual disc, top box etc. Mine was a 12 model but still brand new w/warranty, free delivery too from 150 mi away.

I think Leo would very heartily recommend getting the Kymco, after his Minnie and the loaner Wicked Blue.

As 2wheelfun mentioned above, if you don't have a dealership nearby that honors it, the warranty is pretty much useless. If you have to ship a scooter to have warranty work done, then it's truly useless!
If that's not an issue with either model, all I can say is I've seen more positive posts about the Kymco Agility than any other single scooter.

I'm a BIG fan of Kymco, my only experience with them being well-used ones that are still running like new after a LOT of years and miles! They are VERY heavy-duty for sure! However, the Lance is great too. I think I'd base my decision on the availability of warranty work if buying new. Whatever you get, ENJOY! Ride safe!Leo in Texas

The two scooters you are looking at, in my opinion, are priced pretty high compared to what you can get on the used market. Especially when you see scooters priced at $2500 that you can bargain with. I saw a Kymco People GT 300i for sale here last week for $3200 with 100 miles on it last week. A $5000 year old scooter. My scooter is two years old and I am going to ask the same $3200 for it later this year and it was a $5500 scooter. Not that I don't like it, I love it but going to buy a motorcycle for a long touring trip. My point is, there are people willing to take fairly low prices for used scooters. There is no reason to pay top dollar for a 125 when the same or a teensie bit more will net you really nice 200 or 250 scooters. I don't know where you live but I have seen lots of ads in the $2000 range for Sym 200s and the kind of ugly but very nice Kymco Yager for $1750. $2,000 is way to much for a 125 IMHO.

My choose. Preferred the look. Dealer is the warranty shop. Key setup. Believe the Kymco has a better resale, but have never resold any of my scooters. Did look into used, the Vegas is a very poor used market. and very few dealers that are not limited too only China 50cc. Modes coming first. 1) Floor pad with cup holder. Coffee cup come first. 2) Storage box for back. 3) Mirror extension bar. 4) Foot pegs for wife. 5) Foot pegs for center stand.

Congrats and enjoy. I have just over 10,000 trouble free miles on my Lance Cali Classic, odds are you'll never need the warranty.

VERY good-looking scoot!
Coffee-cup holder, check... The cup holder in my computer quit working last year... LOL! Foot-pegs for wife, check. Foot-pegs for center-stand, I'm not quite sure what you mean.
Whatever, make your own!... and ENJOY!
