My stock chain only had 600 miles on it at the time though yours with 10000 I ld replace it with a good quality 
link chain. I've put around 400 miles on my stroker and taida cylinder kit it seems to be improving more and more with break in. I'm past the worry of the chain snapping now I believe it will hold up for many many miles.
