been working on this bike for few hours now ive stripped the carb cleaned it out changed the plug changed the air filter. Ive also been playing with air/fuel mix screw to no success. you can put it on the stand open the throttle full bike will rev up fine and come back down to an idle. sit on it and pull away just fills like its choking just lost really dont know what next to check

What changes have you made from the time it was running good to the time it runs bad under load. Did you change anything ? Jets, carb, a different style air filter or exhaust.

Not real big changes popped the washer out the exhaust and the gold plate out the cab but it was running bad before this. Checked the belt looks good and surely if it was the clutch it would rev hi and not move?

Yes revs fine on stand once warm the wheel seems to stop. I followed that guide from the first reply and that seems to have worked for me . Have one more issue the kick start mechanism seems to have fallen apart does anyone have a guide to put it back?

Removing the restrictor in the exhaust you need to upjet as it may be lean and bogging
