I am stuck inside tonight because my headlight gets really dim when I am traveling at High RPM and strangely when I pull the break lever it gets bright again. This happens when the breaklight comes on. What's going on?. How do I fix. Thanks.

You have a bad GROUND someplace, check the ground wires going to the headlights. Alleyoop

Stupid scooter. So many problems. Going to just wires a switch. That may or may not fix the problem..cause it sounds SLIGHTLY like a bad ground..but VERY much like a short in a hot wire. Ya see the faster you go..the more current is bled from the system when you have a short.. Where is the short? Anybodies guess but I find them mostly in the handlebar switches...or a pinched wire coming from the voltage regulator. If you just cut wires and put in an extra switch...you are still gonna have a short. So check those first.

I just cut the wire for the light undernith my Rpm spedometer and connected directly to my Light. (Left gas gauge and spedometer light alone. Now the light comes on when I turn the key when the engines not running. Suprisingly it's about 5 times brighter than it was connected the old way and the problem is gone. I did however loose control over the lights brightness But i always drive on the highest brightness anyway.

howdy, I would expect the fuse on that circuit to blow or the wires to overheat?

So now you know the problem is not the light or it's socket, check. Next test the dimmer switch, then keep working your way on down. You can sit and try to troubleshoot based on logic, and waste days, or take out a voltmeter and start testing the circuit and it's components.
