It has a OIL TANK it is probably leaking from the tank LOOK at the OIL tank and where the hose connects to the tank. Or the hose could be rotten and falling apart. Reason I say it is probably the tank is the oil is on top of the Muffler. Alleyoop

There is a lot of places that could be coming from and it's actually almost (notice the almost) normal. With out pictures of the engine with the cowl off there is no way to know. Also there is no oil change it's a 2 stroke. You can change the transmission oil but that's it. Based on what I have seen from your posts I'm not sure you should be working on that bike. You can download a shop manual and owners manual for the P series scooters. They are VERY different than what the guys here are used to wrenching on very little crosses over... Be careful

I think I'd start by cleaning up all the oil. Makes it a ton easier to see where the leak is comming from... Replace the hoses, just becuase. Then you will be able to find where the oil is comming from much eaiser.

Thank you for the manual, Scootnwinn!
I will replace those hoses just to see. They are all old and dry cracked by now, I bet.
