I can tell mine are about to break and ruin a future rebuild because the last wo time I tightened them they would get tight then loose with minimal force. Do you know where I can find the two bolts that secure it on?

I think you stripped the holes if they will not tighten up. Don't forget the whole motor case is Aluminum so on any of the bolts going into the case you must NOT crank on them like KING KONG, just nice and snug and tight. But you can try a lock washer under each bolt and see if that will hold if not you will have to re-tap the holes and use a Helli coil and use the same bolts. Now you can try an American bolt they are a tiny bit bigger so take one of the bolts to a hardware store and ask for an American bolt of the same size and pitch. Alleyoop Now the bolts may be 6mm and not 8mm then you would need a 6mm Helli set.

I'm almost positive I over tightened it and damaged the screws. On my old bike I did this to the cvt cover screws and they acted the same way before they broke and got stuck in the case. I just don't wanna find myself hating life because I spent all the time rebuilding only to have the screws break in the new cylinder and I have to replace it. I suck at screw removal or creating new threads in holes.

i've heard it can really mess up your engine if the tensioner comes loose. i bought a new one after i installed my bbk because the threads were stripped on the center bolt but it didn't come with new screws. sounds like you'll need larger screws anyway.
