I know you do scrappy, however, I tried to call yesterday so I could have one shipped 2 day, but nobody answered my calls. As 2 day shipping is not an option unless you call.

Also, the piston was black around the area between the wrist pin and the rings, and one of the ring seperators between the two top rings literally broke off the piston. Thankfully it did no scar up the cylinder so all should be well with a new piston kit. One last thing, what is the proper spark plug gap? The manual I have says .6 but thats 6x bigger than your average gapper goes, so obviously is wrong. Its a crap chinese manual and they must run chinese metrics or something..lol...I would assume manybe .06 but I would like to know what other people have gapped theirs to since obviously these manuals I paid for are crap for the most part. The black is blow by from the piston and rings dying. Thats evidence of the compression leaking into the crank case and blowing out your oil. I would get a new cylinder even though you can't see it i'm sure theirs damage and you will have problems with your rings sealing . I think I set my gap at .035. The normal range I think is from .030 to .040

Just so everyone knows, we have a facebook page which shows updates like holiday closures, new parts, tips, etc. The website is open 24/7, however, our phone center and public showroom are closed for a much needed break for Xmas. The phones open back up on Monday Dec 30th. USPS has limited service on saturdays, and sunday they are closed, and have had closures and delays themselves during the holidays. We've been adding alot of parts and are adding dozens more over the next week or two which include scooter accessories and apparel. I'll post this in our vendor column too. Don't you think something like that should be posted on the home page in big bold red letters so its easily found and read. Not everyone uses facebook or even knew that news like that is only available via facebook. Nothing on the site says see our facebook page for news and updates. Even a phone recording would work. That way we know its safe to still buy from you. Some company's randomly go out of business without notice and will still have the website open and collecting money. A month is a long time

A month is a long time Yes, Facebook is posted on our home page with the title "get updates and holiday closures, etc" It also comes up on the first google search page. Facebook is pretty common for live updates with companies as it's so convenient and easy to change and follow, whereas changing the website is involved, so it usually lags behind. Shelly should have left a holiday recording on the phones like she does every year when we close this time. I'll ask her tomorrow, and be sure and say something if you call too. We've been in business for 5 years now, which is a long time for chinese scooter parts. I think there were very few companies around then, like PFS and MRP. Anyways, we have a very stable corporate structure with no debt and several other support companies, so we're not the normal fly by night, here today, gone tomorrow type of garage company you see online and Ebay especially who take your money, then close down and pop back up somewhere else under a different name. Thanks for the suggestions, and especially catching the wrong date. Sorry! Happy new year. Back to work now....

From a customers point of view is wasn't easy finding out that the phones where closed due of the holidays, granite its to be expected because its is the holidays. An old fashion recording would have done it, but you guys are human too and mistakes happen. Honestly I don't ever see you guys going out of business simply because you literally have every part needed and the knowledge to back it up, Congratulations on your success. Happy new new year to you too!

I was wrong about no hard accel. I would follow the guide on #6. You have to go through all rpms, just not long extended wot. Engine needs a load for the rings to seal good.
