That is a bbk in it already.... So i was thinking crankshaft, oil seals, gasket set, oil pump(just to cover bases), bendix bushing.
Are there high performance cranks and oil pumps?

Well, I had an idea to pull the piston down the cylinder so I could see what the rod was doing on the crankshaft, and this is what I got. I think the bearing is blown.....

I tried to start it with just the variator on it, and it still does it. Tried to start it with just the wire holding the bendix in place too but it would move and bind it up. But with no clutch or belt it still squeaked and knocked real bad. I took off the valve cover and pull didn't shoot out with it idling, but it was coming out. Took off the head and the cylinder is OK. But i notice noises coming from inside the block when i spun it with no head. Like loose metal knocking in there
Listen about 35 seconds in, and you will hear the noise I'm talking about. Soft clanking noise. Well you can actually hear it the whole time I'm turning the fan, might have to turn the speakers up though.

Well i got it to start pretty easily....but the motor squeaks bad...so tomorrow im gonna pull off the clutch and belt and try to run it like that. If its still squeaking the only thing it can be is either the bearing on the piston rod or the main shaft bearings went out

My carb is cheap and doesn't have a fuel air screw. It only has the throttle adjustment screw. It will start, but I am concerned with the fact it wont rev and that there is a squeak and knock.

Ok, new update. Got the bendix in today. Tried to adjust the throttle screw a little bit to make it easier to start. Was able to get it to start, altho it seems rather hard to get started. After it started, the engine seems to have a knock in it, and a squeak. It will idle for about 30 seconds if I can get it to start, as soon as I try to throttle up, it dies. So it either has to be the piston is F.U.B.A.R again, or maybe the shaft for the fan/flywheel is screwed. I have the tender on it so I can charge up the battery and try to get a video so I can show you what's going on. Probably another update tommorow.

Ok, update time. Been away all week at my supervisor's house so I could make it to work. So I did a little work today. Bought the impact wrench and took the clutch off first and tried to crank the beast up. Still very hard to start. Now I took the flywheel and variator off and the variator looked good, didn't seem like there was any damage to the crank shaft or the transmission shaft. However, after trying to crank the thing up, what I notice is that the starter bendix is ALWAYS engaged AFTER I have tried to start the thing up. As if it is staying out and binding up the engine. Unless my socket bushing is binding it up, but I doubt it because even without it in it will still be hard to start. Here is a video I took, let me know what you think allyoop.

Nope it's not that, got it jacked up and the wheels won't move. Got the brake pushed so only the sensor clicks. I'm thinking it's the variator or the shaft it's on, maybe the bearing?

The clutch....should it just open and close? I grabbed the pulley behind the clutch and pulled it open, but it wouldnt close by itself. I had to try to start the enging to get it to spring back closed...that normal?

Ok, so I put my battery tender on it all night to charge the battery. I just made a new vid ill post here as well. So what I noticed yesterday was that there is a bushing for the bendix that was missing. I made one out of a 5/16 socket. Fits inside the bushing hole and fits around the bendix shaft. I put that in and it works to a degree. Here in the video you can hear the bendix disengaging while I'm in the middle of cranking the engine. At the beginning of the video you can hear the engine fire up and start to rev, but as I'm revving it up you can hear the belts begin to squeak and then it dies. After that its mostly just alot of cranking. But right now I think I may have two problems that just happened to both start around the same time. Probably one is the bushing/bendix. And the other is whatever is causing that belt to squeak. Right now I cannot get it to stay starting long enough to mark the variator. Whatever is causing that belt to squeak like that is like a vampire sucking the power right out of the engine causing it to stall out. That is exactly the same noise it made when it stopped working and I managed to get the engine to start, and every time after that I was able to get it to start since saturday it has made the same squeaking noise and wouldnt move an inch, it would kind of move forward a half an inch but then just settle back, feeling like it wanted to engage but would not.

Ok, so it could be one of two things, the variator is stuck open and not engaging the belt, or the pully on the clutch is not closing. I like videos, they explain alot more than reading it...lol...im hopelessly visual in learning.
