Thanks so much, I will try that. That will be so great if that is what it is. Is it a fairly easy fix, and what did you think of where i put the gear oil?

I could not see that very clearly BUT on most of those Scoots the fill plug is BEHIND the CVT cover you have to take the cover off to fill it. So when you take the CVT cover off look for a screw on the right side near the end about the middle of it. I might have a picture of it I will look and put it up if I do. Alleyoop Had one here it is:

The spot you were pointing to in the last photo did look like a fill plug.

So do you think I put it some place that will hurt it, and as for the clutch pads, if that is it, should i just use sandpaper and rough them up, add new roller weights, and then be set? You guys have been such an awesome help, and I really appreciate it.

Did the plastic plug have a small dip stick?

I just used emery paper to rough up the pads (less chance of grit) BTW, when you refilled it was there a copper washer on the bolt?

They don't take much oil as the gears will splash it around. If you filled it to the top it may be to full and leak out of the seals. This is why I asked if it had a dipstick on the plug. I did notice on the cover is states oil 250cm3 that is = .25 litres

Will do spandi, thanks much. Got ya alleyoop. Where do i get parts for this thing. Very hard to find. Triker, I did not fill it at the screw, i filled it at the white cap type screw near the rim, and there is a hose coming from close to where i filled it. It is a black hose, and then there is a clear hose that is capped off, but not going to the same spot as the black one.
