Gonna take it back next weekend plan to put a stroker and a taller gear set on it probably 17 41. It has a 52mm bbk and hoca big valve head it will be a true 110cc gonna run it with a 26mm cvk pumper carb. 60 mph will be achieved

Actually you will probably get more like 62 or 63 mph out of it..

I already have the carb tried it on my 150 it uses the 50cc jets and my throttle cable was too long for it. The scoot has 16/50 gears in it already hard to find 17/49 so I was gonna go with another hoca set

Well if it does tear up variators, id look into a two stroke variator and have a good machine shop custom build the boss to fit the 139 and 2 stroke variator together , Two stroke's run higher rpm's yet pull about the same weight, and that may the ticket.
I em thinking it would work, the only thing I'm not sure of is the OD of the 2 stroke variator.

Not gonna dump a bunch of money in it all the parts are already on it. Gonna get the stroker first and if it hits 60 I'm done. Probably won't ride it much since I have my 150

Probably won't ride it much since I have my 150 Well I understand, but i got to tell you one of the best parts of having a stroker is the sandbagging, LOL. When your scoot performs on par with a 150 but looks like a 50 it can be a lot of fun.. Can't tell you how many people at work thought Fawkes was just a 50 until they herd him start up, even then never expected that 50 to keep up with them.... It was fun, but if id been smarter i would have bet them money LOL... Keep us posted..

Glad you got your hot rod back to tinker with . Ever thought about going with EFI ? Larry did you use a 2T variator for a 50 or a ? The 50s come in two sizes
