Hello everyone! I need help.I bought a performmance exhaust for 50cc(chrome header n glass pak muffler) from scrappys and it does not line up at all.I don't kknow whut to do?I called them they will return it but don't have any thing else though.I'm thinking maybe a 150 Exhaust? Or the shark tip one but she said all header pipes are the same.I own a. jonway raptor 49cc w/bbk. Can anyone help please. Is this a common problem with that pipe?

What part doesn't fit it should go on the head studs should be able to mod it to work. Bend or cut the flanges off and use two clamps did this on both my 50cc galaxies.

Cut or bend the flanges heat it with a torch and use a pipe wrench or just cut off the flanges and use two clamps with homemade bracket out of metal from hardware store done this many times

Unless the exhaust system says it is for such and such, they are Universal and most are by the way. So to make them work it will take some modification and extra work to fit your scoot and motor. Alleyoop

Most the time the exhausts don't mount right up takes modifications you can get lucky sometimes but not usually. Got to make it work part of modding

Which scooter do you have? ALL 50cc 139QMB motors are not the same. Some heads are slightly funky and many of them have different things (center stands, mounts) in different locations.
Many people are lucky, you are one of them. Depending on how much offset the exhaust port is you may need to cut the flange off and reweld it. Or you may be able to cut it further down the pipe. You can't just throw on several sets of exhaust gaskets and hope for the best. It needs to be properly sealed.

I got the same exhaust I had to bend the pipe some and move the mounts some with a wrench but all worked fine.

Its gonna take some modifications I've done many performance exhausts only been lucky a few times and it fit perfectly. Usually have to get out a torch dremel and pipe wrench. Have to bend stuff and cut flanges sometimes. I had to cut off my exhaust flange mounts to put on my p&p pipe
