The users manual says that the oil capacity is .9L. I emailed BMS and they said its .8L. I cant even get .8L in the case. It takes the oil in super slow and seems to trap air bubbles. I drained the oil twice on level ground and let it drain out for at least 30mins with the dipstick pulled out just to make sure I got it all out. The second time I got about .7 L in still seemed overly full and started the motor. I let it sit for about 30 seconds and pulled the dipstick and oil came gushing out. Why is there pressure being built up in my motor? Is that normal? Any feed back would be great.
Thanks!

Check the Valve Cover Vent Hose it may be KINKED or clogged wherever it connects to. That has to VENT otherwise the pressure in the crankcase will cause what yours is doing. Alleyoop

I was looking for a breather on the crank case. I didn't realize it might be on the valve cover. Does .8L sound correct for the capacity? I kind of thought it was a little odd that the oil didn't want to drain out until I unscrewed the dipstick.

Got it. Where does the vent connect to? The air box? Is that PVC valve one way?
I'll let you know how it turns out.

A lot of the scoots it connects to a separate little plastic box attached to the AIR BOX and it has a FOAM filter. That foam filter gets soaked with oil and then crankcase cannot vent as well. What I tell folks is disconnect the hose from that little plastic box cover the inlet on the box and put a Fuel FIlter on the end of the Hose and zip tie it higher than the valve cover NO KINKS. That way if it squirts some oil out it will flow back down and also it will vent. One less problem to crop up on the scoot. Alleyoop

Some also go to what they call a OIL CATCH CANISTER, although not to many I have seen with a catch canister. But sameo sameo if the canister gets full it will not Vent. Alleyoop

In case anyone is wondering about the capacity, I overfilled mine the first time trying to put in .9L and had oil spurt out as well (with no kinks in the vent hose or other obstructions). Next time I was at my scooter dealership, I asked about the oil capacity, and he said pretty much all of the scooters they have take about .7L for a change. You might get .8L in there if you kick the kickstarter with the oil drain plug out to get more old oil out, but I wouldn't add more than .7L until you let it run for a minute, then let it sit and check the level to see if you need a bit more.

Fantastic!! Djmir, easy fix and make sure if it is connected to the little foam plastic case on the air box that the filter is clean and not clogged with oil. You can wash the filter with dish soap and dry it out. Alleyoop
