THAT is the BEST deal on a variator I've seen! Good going!
I'm also glad to see the use of sliders! I had my Xingyue tweaked as good as it was going to get EXCEPT for installing sliders instead of rollers. I had the sliders, but made a deal to trade the 150 on a used 250 and "just did it"... I would like to have seen what the sliders would have done though... LOL!
I'm extremely happy with the used 250, but I'd STILL like to try sliders... After watching Dr. Pulley vids, I'm convinced the flat sides of the sliders allow them to go ALL the way down, and ALL the way up in the variator, whereas rollers are limited to "touching" the variator ONLY at the center of the round roller shape.
That has to stop them at least a little "short" of opening and closing the variator ALL the way... The vids and instructions say the sliders will improve BOTH acceleration AND top-speed over rollers. Looks to me like they should do that.
Enjoy that slick scoot! And please do keep us all posted on the performance.

Redroush00 - I must be missing something here. Do you have a 50cc or a 150cc bike? The variator you listed is for a 150cc scoot however the speed your listing is high end 50cc at 40 mph not the 55 to 65 mph of a 150 with a high performance variator. A 150 would typically get 12 gram rollers or 10/11 gram sliders.

I tried 11 gram slider in mine with a Hoca 115mm variator and while it made the bike lots o fun, I took a huge hit on MPG. I put the 12 gram rollers back in. The sliders didn't make a top speed difference, but man was it smooth and it was in the powerband when rolling out of turns... very nice... Just didn't like 22mpg... LOL The rollers I get twice that...
I do want to find a nice cheap set of sliders for my 250tho... Can't wait to get that bike home... it's currently in a friends tow yard, and isn't quite road worthy yet. It needs mirros and I have to go thru the charging system. I think it's one of the wires to the ignition switch...

I went with the Hoca 115mm in my Lance Vintage 150 and just installed it with the stock 12 gram rollers and it improved acceleration, economy and top end over stock. Could cruise at 65 on flat roads without going WOT and response to throttle changes was amazing compared to before. The fuel injected 250 however gets better fuel economy overall and tops out just shy of 100 but weighs in at 330 lbs so it is my one size fits all bike. I still see the guy who bought my Lance running around town on it and I believe he may work at the dealership where I traded it in on my Aprilia. Almost feel sorry that I traded it however the Aprilia is a better fit and closing in on 20,000 miles has required only 3 oil changes, 1 belt, 2 air filters and the one scheduled valve check so far aside from the few tires that I have gone through.
