Have you checked the valves ? Does it do this with a cold and warm engine ?

All $t engines will need the valves adjusted at least once with some needing it done out of the crate . Most of the time they get too tight and do not open up all off the way . When this happens it starts but can want to stall once its warmed up . Too tight and it will not start up . Too loose like mine were , just before coming to a stop it would want to stall unless I gave it some throttle , but start right up and stay running . Adjusted the valves and it was new again .
Most of us from the start replace the vacuum and fuel lines and fuel filter with automotive fuel line hose from any auto part store . The small scoots are always too lean so we replace the main jet in the carb with a larger one just a few sizes bigger . Too much bigger and it will fizzle and not run good . We also change out the engine oil and gear lube with any brand name oil to replace the crappy shipping oil that comes in them . The very initial beginning of riding it during the early stage of the break in period is very important to have good oil , be easy on it since the piston is tight and the rings need to grind smooth and will have ring dust in the oil . I would try to stay around midrange of speed while going up and down on the throttle while riding so the rings get seated . Avoid long idle , long duration at the same RPMs ( guess if no tachometer ) and be easy going down hill . Change the oil and gear lube again at 250 or less miles since it should have dust if you do the break in right . Some go with lighter roller weights so it can take off and go up hill faster . So many variables like your weight and if you live where its hilly or flat determine if lighter weights would be a good idea . If its flat and your scooter screams at top end you may opt for heavier rollers . You would have to remove and weigh the rollers with a digital scale to be a starting base and go or up down depending on your situation . If your has a Torch brand of sparkplug replace it with a NGK brand . The NGK standard is good but I prefer to pay the extra for the iridium ones since they run better . Does not make it go faster but easier starts and overall fires better .
Its new it will be tight and after its broken in good the engine will rev up easier and perform better after you ride it around some .

Thank you for your help man I have no clue how to do that so I will probly have to take it to someone to do that for me. Also I found out that if I rev it a little bit it will die out like the idle is to low. And is it easy to change the oils? I am sorry I really do not know to much about 4 stroke engines I am only if liar with 2 stroke

Hiya and welcome. You just might want to have a look at this, now that you have a Chinese scoot. x1scooters.com/pdi.html

Welcome. Look in my sig line, there is a link to a thread on making it go faster. go here for a manual that would help, you have a 139qmb 50cc scooter I believe, it is the same motor as most other 50cc scooters. itistheride.boards.net/board/19/chinese-manualsAdjusting the valves in not a bad idea and also look for vacuum leaks.
