I have a Keihin on my scooter... I would like to know what this cable is for. It is adjustable via screwdriver at the circled area. Is this a fuel level adjustment?

Very handy too. There is a small drain hole on one side of the end piece with the screw head in it that allows the gas from your float bowl to drain. When you remove your carb, take your gas cap off and hold the end of that tube over your gas tank and turn the screw to drain, then tighten it back up.

Funny thing is, I've never used the carb drain valve before. I just lay a rag down, and get to it, maybe I'll try it sometime though.

I hear they have a tendency to fall out leaving you stranded. I dont fiddle with it so not to loosen it up.
