I just saw what looks likes a stack of papers zig zagging down my screen here . It is not only any of my open tabs so it has to be on here

I didn't see stacks of papers, but I saw some kind of bright light blue icons playing centipede on my screen. But only a couple times--once immediately on the 50cc screen, once after a minute or so on one of the threads (forget which now, sorry). And it hasn't repeated since.
I'm on Safari.
