My Echarm has a LC engine instead of the AC GY6 and I wondered if the 250 has the same bolt pattern as I have not read on anyone doing this . Yes I know most 250s are for short wheels and drums instead of 16s and disc brakes . I saw this model of Jonway has a 125 and 150 AC and a 250 or 300 LC option www.jonway.com/Explorer-.html

From my understanding the 16 wheel scoot have the longest cased motors. There are two long case motors but good question even with the different cases I wonder if the mounts are the same and they just moved the gearing back some to fit the bigger wheel. Alleyoop

Even though its still a beast with over 18k miles I would love more power . What sucks is I can not find a single BBK for my engine but I did for the CFMoto 250 which made it a 300cc with 4 valve head and forged piston but after reading how Scootertronics is shady I would not order parts from them . I can tell my sliders have worn down as takeoff is faster but tops at 65 to 68 instead of 75 MPH and RPMs are higher at 60 according to my ears since no tach .
My scooter dealer has a CFMoto Glory which has the same engine on a diff body but he installed and injector ( we have EFI ) for a 250 , and muffler for a 250 that looks like a Cherrybomb , custom modded the variator and drilled holes in the airbox and he said he hit 86 MPH GPS certified , 12.8 HP on a dyno and runs a fuel aspect ratio of 13 to 1 instead of 14.75 to 1 . He is a lil guy too with custom made shocks , Pirellis and a Cooscase trunk

If you want to go fast why not just rise your Harley. Well maybe not fast but faster than your 150 anyway...

Its fun to make something go faster than it should . There is no comparison but I still like my scoots as I am a die hard two wheeler

Its fun to make something go faster than it should . Thank you for finally explaining why you guys get small-cc bikes, then make them bigger. Every time I've read one of these "how do I put in a bigger engine" or a BBK kit thread, I've wondered, "Why didn't you just buy a bigger-engined bike to start with, if that's what you wanted?" The practicality of the non-mech mind compared to the ingenuity of the mech mind. >'Kat

Piaggio uses the same style frame with a 350cc I'm thinking up to 500cc . I'm sure you could put what ever engine you wanted in there provided you can fab the mountings .
