Found Scrappy Dog's new place, it's not too difficult to locate thank goodness. The telephone installer was there, so you should be able to contact them by phone this afternoon.
Great service even with the chaos of the move. They didn't have their office completely set up, but they took the time to answer my questions, and even threw in a free pilot jet along with my stage 3 BBK (100cc). They definitely appear to have more storage, so hopefully less time on back orders for those hard to find parts they like to carry.

Can you verify that my package shipped? FedEx shows that they rec'd in the information on Tuesday and it is supposed to be delivered today. However, the shipping information has not updated to show it was ever picked up to be delivered.
Customer Name - Jason Rowe

I have had that happen. Once the usps has the item scrappy can't do a whole lot. I have had items show that they were still at the Vegas post office and check the mail and it was here.

I stuck with the stock head for now. I'm doing the upgrade tonite, will see if a performance head is necessary.

Nothing wrong with doing it in steps. If you have a issue with anything it will makes it easier to trouble shoot.

I got a nice power by adding my 50mm bbk. I have order a cam and gears already and ordering the performance head with 24mm carb on Monday.

WOW, what a difference a BBK makes!
Took me longer than I planned, about 4 hours instead of 2. Main issues: 1- The intake manifold bolts hit the seat frame member, had to remove them with vice grips (which I couldn't find, damn kids never putting my tools back where they belong). 2- Seating the piston/rings, much harder by hand than using a ring compression tool, but there's really no other way without removing the engine completely.
She started up on the first try (hooray!!!), and I let it idle as I put the body pieces and seat back on, and did a quick once-over. I then took her out for a quick test drive, instant response to the throttle, kept up with cars taking off from lights, and had to use the brakes more slowing down. Still have to spend a day getting her tuned just right, I'll probably up-jet but not sure I need to change roller weights (though I'll probably experiment once I get my impact wrench).
Short story: I LOVE MY BBK! Thanks ScrappyDogScooters, you are the best!

Just so everyone knows, we have a facebook page which shows updates like holiday closures, new parts, tips, etc. The website is open 24/7, however, our phone center and public showroom are closed for a much needed break for Xmas. The phones open back up on Monday Dec. 30th. USPS has limited service on saturdays, and sunday they are closed, and have had closures and delays themselves during the holidays. We've been adding alot of parts and are adding dozens more over the next week or two which include scooter accessories and apparel. I'll post this in our vendor column too.
