I did talk to Ice Bear today, can you say Major SCAM!!!!!!!
Speaking only about the Ice Bear Products.
She has never heard of these people nor has her Husband ( The Owner ). The Ice Bear factory does not directly sell to any other company in China. Also this company is NOT a dealer for Ice Bear in any way shape of form. To many major flags, esp Payment by Western Union or credit card and not shipping for up to 60 days later. That is too late for a dispute with Paypal or most credit cards.
So there you have it buyer beware .

The navigation I learned goes by degrees, minutes and seconds. I cannot understand 33.6119 lat, and 111.8906 lon. first number is degrees as in 33degrees west.there is no such number as 61, because at 60 min, it becomes34 degrees. same with 111 degrees north. there is no .81. so I cant find this in google earth.try plugging those coordinates into a gps, maybe that will find the adress.

You could just email your questions, concerns....
I completed their contact form online; asking about 250cc scooters - just to see if I would get a reply and I did.
The sender's name was in Chinese script but expanded to: mmmsurvice@hotmail.com
Besides saying there were 250s on the site, he directed all questions to the FAQ page and closed his reply with 'Best Regards Mark'.
Perhaps you can start a dialogue with him and get some more details on this operation.
