are they listed here www.bbb.org ? Never mind that I clicked on the Contact Us link and they are in China instead of America . You are wise to ask around before buying as I have read many horror stories about online purchases from other vendors but I am unfamiliar with this one . I see there are limited on scooter selections but I like the Sunny Eagle 150 as that is a good body style and has 130/60/13s . I looked at the dual purpose 200 and 250cc ones and like the Enduro but wonder how inverted forks would ride and handle bumps . I know if I shipped a scooter in the USA to another in the USA it would be 200 or more , so free shipping from China for free makes me want to check them out . I order electronics off Amazon from China and it can take 4 to 6 weeks as it has to go through customs . My China stuff I also have to sign for them instead of dropped on my porch or in my mailbox . Some vendors have also said " free shipping " but it was only to a business where they had a loading dock and was a charge to deliver to a residential address . Do you have any local or nearby dealers where you live ? If you make a purchase use a credit card , providing they say they have fraud protection and not give up your bank account # .
