I have a Tank Urban Classic 150. Just charged the battery and reinstalled it. Battery meter on my display panel now shows a charged battery. Oil is filled too.
When I try to start the scooter, I get a rapid clicking/ticking sound.
Any ideas of what the culprit is here? Thank you for your time.

howdy, i'll just chime in so you know the thread is being read. that , to my finding, usually indicates a bad solonoid or chewed up starter gears. on a car it could be a bad bendix, but i know nothing about scooter starters. so get a realy good opinion , then laugh at this one---
lotsa miles and smiles to ya ken

Shalomrider, hit it on the head the clicking is coming from your Solenoid. Since you have a good battery, jump the two terminals on the solenoid and see if it spins your starter. If it does check the connections going to the battery and the connections on the solenoid. If good you have a bad solenoid. Alleyoop
