Ex employer being investigated for non payment of overtime and Im due 5000 ish! I held off buying a new scoot when i got my accident money but now i dont think i can resist! Really sharp... Sorta like a Ruckus in Sunday dress! The dual head and taillights are done just right, the plastics are novel and SHARP! Even the knobby tires look just right. I'd ride one for sure! The rider had quite a few quality issues, but that's all part of the "Chinese experience"... LOL! It's DEFINITELY one of THE slickest-looking scoots around.

Did you see they have the same scooter with vertical headlights as well. And they have it 150cc for $80 more!

Another neat scoot you can not get in Kalifornia.
Nice that you are getting a windfall. Consider putting it in a Roth IRA.

wow....  Thats from the investigators total of the hours over 40 i regularly worked when they misclassified me and others as salaried. 60 plus hours a week for over a year.Thats at least 20 hours per week they owe me for. |

Thats from the investigators total of the hours over 40 i regularly worked when they misclassified me and others as salaried. 60 plus hours a week for over a year.Thats at least 20 hours per week they owe me for. There was recently a case where a bank intern died in the shower after working a 72 hour stint where they abused the salaried overtime excempt classification so there is now more awareness and scrutiny for this type of abuse, well at least for a short while untill it fades from the publics eye. |
