Sounds like a dry wheel bearing .

Not the wheel bearing. The frequency of the noise is many times the speed of the wheel rotation as it comes to a stop. I was almost thinking it was the fender rubbing on the tire tread but I don't see any marks.
Has to be something in the transmission or on the clutch side.
Maybe the cutch bell housing is rubbing on something inside the cover? Maybe something in the clutch assembly is failing?
Should be able to reproduce the noise just by turning the rear wheel around by hand. The clutch bell is direct connected to the wheel through the transmission gears. The clutch pack itself is connected to the motor via the belt and pulleys.

Maybe check the gear oil. Could be low or Chinese oil. Maybe check the clutch too.

Is there disc brakes on back? Could be someting simple as disc brake, they make rubbing, scraping noises when new until they are worn in. My front disc made noise for a while. Spray brake cleaner helps. Mac
