You can thank Yamaha and Piaggio to a dgree for the increase in Chinese quality. A local shop that sells the scooters made by the factory in China that Piaggio is mentoring have a much better fit and finish all around to the Znen/Puma bikes. They actually look quite promising however their pricing is closer to the Piaggio bikes when on factory incentive so you will have to pay for the increased level of quality.
