will it make any difference
scooter elements has the short case for cheap but would a long case do better in any way?

Depends on what you are putting it in. If you have 16" rims then you need a long case however if you have 10" or 12" you need a short. Long case in short case bike will spin the rear wheel at fewer RPMs than a short case which would limit your top speed with small wheels so that you most likely you'd be better off with what you already have if it still runs.
More info is required on what you what you are planning on putting the 150 into.

yeah im gona do it soon mislc
but i wasnt sure if long case be better for top end
short case will help accel if thats what ur sayin
