need new bearings and I'm replacing all rear-end bearings, just want to know if I got the right bearings.
Question is, will these work from vbx bearings.com;
1. 6004-2NSE Nachi Bearing 20x42x12 Sealed C3 Japan Ball Bearings
1. 6303-2NSE Nachi Bearing 17x47x14 Sealed C3 Japan Ball Bearings
1. 6201-2NSE Nachi Bearing 12x32x10 Sealed C3 Japan Ball Bearings
1. 6203-2NSE Nachi Bearing 17x40x12 Sealed C3 Japan Ball Bearings
If not, Why?

Look at the old bearings, the numbers you need should be stamped on the side. (just order better quality bearings in the same sizes)

japan makes very good quality bearings.I saved my company tens of thousands on bearings alone. No need to pay a premium price for the same quality.

Not all 50s have the same bearings it all depends on the motor:
GY6 family (139QMB, 1P39QMB, and Yamaha / MInarelli / Jog motors (1E40QMB).
Unless someone has changed their bearings and have taken apart the same motor you have I don't think anyone can guarantee those bearings are the right ones for that motor.
You are going to have to bite the bullet and pull your bearings out before you order,

what poping are you hearing explain. and have you tracked it to rear end or could it be coming from somewhere else like cvt cover. give more info like when you hear it at what speeds things like that are you riding alone or with a rider aboard. is it only when u hit a bump. and do you hear it if you turn the wheel by hand on main stand. is there any play (slack) in rear wheel side to side. what makes you think it is the bearings.

I know this isn't a bicycle or the car I had.
But, everytime the bearings went out on my bicycle you would feel and hear the kinda 'tick-pick tick' more than a pop. In my car both front bearing/Hubs went out (Not at the same time of course). I didn't know what that was untill I hear the roar on the freeway to one side (pass.), but "thock" with an echo sound in the tire when going slow in R.
Now,
about a 2 months ago, I changed the 1k T spring to a 1.5k, the belt, and installed 6g sliders.
After that I was getting a little howl at 40-up bike spd. I figured that it was vibration from the new belt. I read about that one happening.
2 wks ago it started the poping when rolling backward, engine off, in the rear-end, and you can hear the echo from the popping in the tire. This is like the bearings in my car, but also sounds crank bearings on my bicycle. Now
I read somewhere that the T spring can bind up on the Tq sheeve. This is the reason for that thought.
everyday driver, 7100mi. Nothing is changed other than the my Sig. and here.
And,..... that's about it.

put It on the center stand with the rear wheel off the ground and turn the wheel with your hand, you may be able to feel if its a bad bearing as you rotate the tire slowly. If not it may only do it with a little weight on it, like when you put it down and move it.

You could ride it without the CVT cover on, and if it's the clutch area it should sound different since there is no cover.

I tried to start mine once with the cvt cover off it started fine and ran for a few seconds then the starter gear fell out . Quickly shut it off and all was ok no teeth hurt just a few scratches on the started gear outer bushing cover .

maybe use a peice of duct tape to hold it in by running it only across where the bendix are taping it to the case on each side after you have started and removed the cover if it a 50cc a 150 will start and run without the cover on .
