i bought the same one awhile ago from the same seller. i don't think it is an actual Keihin, i believe it is a clone. (or perhaps they are manufacturing cheap parts now, idk) on mine, the throttle linkage was misaligned. i had to bend it to get the cable on. well you get what you pay for. it works but don't expect high quality.

Carbs usually don't go bad, they usually just get dirty, unless you got a hole in the diaphram, float or lost a pin or something.

I installed a 100 cc jug on my 50cc 3 wheel Ice Bear. This carb came with the works great. Remember you have a air fuel adjustment screw that you have to set. It is a Japanese made carb. and is a better carb. my opinion.
