Did you check all the usual stuff ? spark, vacum leaks, fuel,? start there if it ran with the it should run with the 75 maybe not good but it should run I tok a jet and drilled it out it had to be close to or and it ran but it didnt run good

Didn't realize you have an 80cc bbk. Did you just recently add it to your signature? You should try + MJ with that.

I would bet it ran hot too. That pop shows it is running lean. If it was too rich, you would most likely experience a bog. Try a 92- main jet.

why so high? the stock jet is 75 lol You have a big bore kit. So the extra displacement needs more fuel. Try 92- main jet. If you run the 75, it has a chance of detonating or burning a piston from a too lean condition. Do some research and you will see what people are using for big bore kits. I have a 72cc bbk and I use a main jet.

The main jet is for top end where the idle jet is used at starting and idle . Any vacuum leak like a cracked or pinched hose as well as intake and airbox . Remove the idle jet and clean it carb cleaner spray or a stiff solid wire . Does it seem to start and idle diff with the BBK compared to stock engine ? My 2T came with 40 IJ which I had to give it s sip of throttle to start , more so with BBK and it always needing the idle speed adjusted as the temp changed and would not idle for a long time without stalling when warm . I replaced it with a 45IJ and tada , no throttle to start and no idle or stall issues . It would sometimes want to stall a bit if I was zooming and stopped real fast .
After cleaning the idle jet and check for leaks , you should check the valves with the engine cold . All 4Ts will need adjusting at least once . When they get too tight they limit the amount of air and fuel which can make it hard to or unable to start and also stall when warm
