I finally received my 3 wheel scooter from Ice Bear last week. After the delivery truck damaged the first one. Jim, at Rapid Repair Power Sports, was on the phone with Ice Bear in Calif, as the truck was parked out front. The delivery service did not return the damaged scooter for two weeks. Jim, bless his heart was on the phone constantly. He felt as badly as I did about the damage. Ice Bear sent me a new one without any problems. Jim is still the best man to order from. He will handle anything and everything for you. I wasn't worried, I knew Jim would get it done. Thank you Jim, Karen

Agreed We talked almost daily from my first call asking noob questions to after delivery I'll order from him again when the girlfriend gets her head outa.........nevermind

Thanks Karen! It was an ordeal, the first one that I have ever had that was damaged so bad from shipping it had to be returned. I will say that my rep at Ice Bear is in a position to get things done and there were some words flying at the shipping company. I am glad you are happy with your machine, and thanks again.

Karen, glad to hear that everything was resolved for you!
Just want to add that I had a few problems with my Ice Bear Trike, minor to what Karen had, but problems nonetheless. Jim from Rapid Repair went the extra mile (and then some) to get everything taken care of for me. The guy is an honest businessman in a world of internet snakes. If you are at all considering an Ice Bear product, don't even think about ordering it from anyone other than Rapid Repair. On a side note, I've been asked about the Viking Trike multiple times in the 2 weeks I've had it. Mostly at stop lights. Per my request, Jim is mailing me some of his business cards I can hand out to folks expressing interest. Hope he sells a ton! Tom

Well, since I DIDN't buy from Jim that makes me the fool, but just let me add on here that the aggravation I had recently with another on line drop shipper would have been well worth the additional $300-400 Jim wanted. You get what you pay for, right? There's apparently a solid reason why Jim has an A+ BBB rating. Ve gedt too zoon oldt und too late schmardt!
