I finally received my 3 wheel scooter from Ice Bear last week. After the delivery truck damaged the first one. Jim, at Rapid Repair Power Sports, was on the phone with Ice Bear in Calif, as the truck was parked out front. The delivery service did not return the damaged scooter for two weeks. Jim, bless his heart was on the phone constantly. He felt as badly as I did about the damage. Ice Bear sent me a new one without any problems. Jim is still the best man to order from. He will handle anything and everything for you. I wasn't worried, I knew Jim would get it done.

I have been in constant contact with Jim at Rapid Repair Power Sport in WI. He is beyond an excellent dealer. I ordered a 3 wheel Ice Bear Ace Trike from him. I called him on the phone,(no on line order form with Jim). He walked me through the entire process of ordering and delivery. I opted for Ice Bear in Calif warehouse to do my PDI. When Jim says he will call you back, he does it. I wanted a burgundy and silver scooter. I had to wait for one to be shipped from China. Jim called me as each phase of departure from China came, docking ,customs, PDI at Calif. My scooter is on the truck with delivery in about 5 day to my home. My husband has a Honda motorcycle, but is picking out his Ice Bear scooter. Want to guess who we will be ordering from? Jim is the best.
