Kick start gear alignment  By  epdowd (Read 549 times)

Can any of you learned gents tell me where I can get a clear diagram of how the kick start gears are supposed to be positioned. I have a 150cc Znen Pacifica.. I found some info on a forum but it doesn't seem to be setting up right. Mine came apart when I removed the CVT cover to change variator weights.. I can get the marks lined up, but when I start it, it runs ok but it sure doesn't look like when I lined it all up.. This may not make much sense but I sure would like some help on this..
I know there can't be a Sticky on everything, but I see very little info on this problem, what category would it fit under,, Engine,, CVT area ?.. Thanks a lot..
