i ordered a 150cc scooter from superiorpowersports.com they charged my card and then tell me it was declined on their end but approved by my card issuer, i use pre paid bluebird cards for all my online purchases. So now my money is gone from my account and still have no scooter on the way and my card issuer says it takes 8-10 days for the pending transaction to drop off. So i can't even order from somewhere else for 8-10 days not pleased at all with this, so i have to say they are a no go bad experience  |

I would try to relax and know that the SPS transaction will go through. Just check in with them to see that they got your scooter order and are indeed processing it - refer to the bluebird transaction details.
Usually businesses will re-run the card if there is a problem. SPS wants your business. Also keep tabs with bluebird to monitor the situation.
No need to abandon ship and go to another seller just yet. May complicate things before all is sorted out.

i did this over the phone and talked with them today still can't collect the funds they claim so my money is on hold, sps says the money will be credited back to my account in 8 days  |

It sounds like your beef is (or should be) with your pre paid bluebird card, not, Superior Motorsports.

Yes, but what make and model?...or maybe even a picture! ;D Btw, I got my scoot from Superior and they were pretty much on top of things all the way through the whole process. I guess it's like the scooters themselves, sometimes you hit a good one, sometimes not.

DO a full inspection on it when delivered. Before the shipper leaves. Cant file a claim on damaged parts unless the delivery guy sees the damage and takes pics also. Mine came with holes in the sides from fork lift (roadrunner shipping). 2 months ago, and still no replacement parts from them. They tell me every week they will ship out by end of week and will get a tracking number. Its like a recording now. Hearing same thing every week. They have no parts in house to repair things. Gotta wait on boat from China. SO Please save yourself some headaches with them and inspect it completely. Hope it all goes well for you. Once i get my side panels, i will be set. Just been a long headache dealing with them people. D8
