i was wandering if anyone here knows what idle jet is usually in a 32mm cvk pumpcarb with a 125 main jet ? ive always had popping on decel which means ineed to up the idle jet. some refer to this as backfireing which is not true a backfire is completely different . i hate taking this carb out it is a pain to get in and out. just figured id see if anyone knows offhand thanks

As long as your plug looks good,,and you have that big jet for the top end,,I wouldn't worry too much about a little decel popping,,most race motors I ever heard do this,,depends how loud it is,,are there blue flames coming out the pipe,,is the pipe changing color,,getting a bluish purple up by the head?

I assume you have already tried to richen the ration with the mix screw. Usually a little popping can be mixed out with out changing the idle jet...

When I bought my Helix, it would pop on deceleration. I adjusted the valves and it went away.
