The throttle cable snapped on a stop light, I got called names by the cagers behind I had to leave the scoot on a parking lot, take a cab and head to a motorcycle shop to buy a cable, then go back to the scoot and change the cable, I had to take almost all the plastic panels off to route the cable correctly. I hate those damn plastic panels

What fuse do we use on these scoots? Think my fuse may have blown, Idk yet but picking up a spare on the way home won't hurt.

The wife and I rode the scoots to our local Triumph/Suzuki dealer for annual safety inspections on Saturday. I wanted one of those Bonnevilles bad. My wife likes the America better, because of the lower seat.

"I see a couple trumpets in your future" Having a pair of Triumphs would be fun, but beyond my budget. If I could run up a budget deficit, like our government, I could swing it.

I got a pair of new (albeit shelf-dirty) Tourmaster saddlebags for Peej today, at a stupidly-good price! Woo-hoo!! Can hardly wait to put them on him and see how they do!

Bad news is that I got caught in a heavy rain shower on my scoot yesterday. The good news, is that I was in front of Ritters, out local ice cream joint. I parked under the awning and ate some frozen cake batter frozen custard until the shower passed.

Drilled out a stubborn snapped off bolt on the exhaust that had been stuck in there for 4 years. (it came out in about 3 minutes) then I tapped it for a 6mm bolt. Chinese "Salt Water Taffy" metal coming out, and British stainless steel going in.
