Hello everyone! My name's Tom, and I'm in NB, Canada. I just bought my first scooter, a 1990 Piaggio Sfera 50. Bought it not running. It has the 70cc kit, but that blew on it, so I'm just buying a new 70cc kit.
I'm new to working on scooters, but I have a lot of experience with atv motors, particularly the old Honda 3 wheelers (my main obsession), so putting this scooter back together should be no problem.
Is there any place I can find a manual for this thing online that's not written in Italian?

howdy and welcome, i don't have any idea on the manuals but ride the new piaggio bv350 and just returned from a 960 mile round trip across the state of oregon and back and find them to be relatively reliable which is a good thing since many of their dealers have given up and closed .

Here's some pics for ya's:   Finally got the registration changed over into my name yesterday, after 3 trips to the DMV haha Anyone know what spark plug this thing should take? The motor was already apart when I got it, and the spark plug isn't around. Be nice if it was tho, that's give some insight to why it blew, may have been running to lean. |
