I took off all of the decals, sanded, and repainted with Krylon Fusion black satin spraypaint. Enjoy! Attachments:

Looks great! I love the choice of non-glossy paint. I've been wanting to see a bike with similar style as my 2012 taotao powermax vip so I would know what it would look like as a solid color. What other modifications are you planning to do? I'm thinking of fancy rims maybe… I was thinking of painting it white but now I'm thinking of going with a forest green, more earthy tones that you wouldn't normally see.

Thanks! I really love the matte black look.
The cup holder was a plastic kind from Walmart to hook onto a car's door side or something. I snapped off the hook and used a self-tapping screw into the plastic cover. The cup holder has a space that allows a screwdriver to open the cover, and the battery door. I also used some double-sided foam tape to prevent it from swinging. It works out pretty well!
