So finally getting to finish my engine. So far so good. everything turns fine by hand. Just waiting on finding an Intake Manifold that will fit the Mikuni TM32 carburetor. Plan on using Royal Purple Break in oil for the break in process. What do you guys think of that? This setup has 62mm Ceramic big bore kit 62mm NCY Valve Head NCY High Compression Valves NCY Titanium Valve Springs Taida Titanium Valve Retainers 6mm Stroke Crankshaft with a Forged Rod A15 Camshaft Taida High Torque Starter KOSO High Flow Oil Pump Taida Oil Cooler Kit Mikuni TM32mm Carburetor Mikuni vacuum Fuel Pump Ballistic Evo2 8 Cell Battery as for CVT Parts i have not decided yet. I really want Dr. Pulley Variator kit and HiT clutch but they are very expensive. Also the Cam Chain Tensior has to be modified for extra length

sounds like it ought to be a runner. You must be getting pretty good at making one of these engines kick a bit of A. Do you sell all the pieces? What do you guess you have done to the performance?
Cheers

We are working on it hehe. I do sell almost everything i have used on my engine build. There are a few things i did get from drowsports.com I want a good strong scooter with high quality parts that can have no issues in traffic. Right now with my regular scooter i can keep up on the highway with 60 MPH traffic with no issues. but of course these scooters are too light for the highways and if a semi truck comes near me at high speed i will probably get knocked off. luckly i only use the highway for a few minutes to get to were i need to go.

What the heck is that break in thing? I wonder what the difference is between that and regular oil?

WALT
i think you better start building a engine that can withstand -30 to -60 degree weather, maybe a head warmer on it,
and mount it on a trike or 2 ski snowmobile thingy dingy.
that engine is HOT but i dont think it withstand your move
