Runs fine but rich with jet. Put on performance exhaust and still rich. Doesnt make sense.

Maybe your air intake can only take so much? Maybe you are actually running a tad lean? (Like, sometimes you're running a tad too rich, and when you change you'll be running a tad too lean, just missing the peak performance of optimal AF, and getting exactly the same performance out of the bike?)

if your running to rich you need more air flow into and through the carb. what type of air filter do you have ?

You need to get the UNI on there son,,even if you put it in the stock air box like I did,,and drill a few holes in the box,,works sweet!! You will get maximum efficiency out of the motor,,and it will run cooler, with more power!
Its gonna run richer now,,because alot more air is going out,,and its trying to suck that much more in,,but being restricted(stock air cleaner) will cause it to suck more fuel out of the bowl and not enough AIR ;D
