Yes you want to get the belt up as high as possible, BUT the other factor is your RPMS, remember the heavier the weights the less rpms it will put out. So you have to find the weights that move the belt up as high as possible WITHOUT LOOSING TOP END speed due to lower rpms. So it is a trial and error to find the right weights that give you the highest top end. To heavy and you will loose top end due to the rpms being to low. Alleyoop

Sorry for the lack of response- on travel. Yesterday, I finally got the scoot back together with the new parts. Good top end, slow out of the blocks. With the 14g rollers that came with the NCY perform package. I'm going to give the 13g rollers a shot and change out the main jet and get a uni-filter and see if that improves the performance.
WIthout taking the carb apart, does anyone know the mm size filter for a Rocketa 150 cc GY6. In addition, a good main jet recommendation?
thx jay

[replyingto=jskyking]jskyking[/replyingto]I think your carb is a 24mm and about 43 mm OD of intake side,,this one is the one I got and it works great! You can cut a peice of radiator hose to extend it out through the frame a little,,mine is in the stock modded airbox,,dont forget to oil it a little... www.ebay.com/itm/171018197316?ssPageName=STRKFor jetting if you do just the filter you may need atleast a 110,,but I would get a 112,115,118,also if you plan on doing an exhaust. It will give you some playing room.Mine came with a 102 and it would not run mid to high with just the UNI,,after exhaust it ran good with a 115 but I put a 118 in there just to be safe cause the plug looked pretty white,,and I cant tell much difference from the 115 performance wise,,i like a little more fuel,,keeps things cool.
