This scooter was sitting for a year with a busted clutch shoe. I replaced the clutch with a used one. I Clean the carb, drain the fuel ( see attach pic ). I tried two other carbs, changed the main jet to a , 82, . still no change! Is the stock #35 pilot jet too small if it starts and idles ok? Fuel comes out of the filter freely. Help! Attachments:

Mine is doing the same thing, ordered a #38 pilot jet today I think that will help with idling and also make starting easier. Also mine could do it because I have the idle low(compared to what everyone wants to idle these at) So maybe try turning the idle up a bit first.

Well I assumed I had a #35, but it was marked #33 and was pluged ! No matter what I do I can not get it clean! so I took a and picked up another pilot jet. The scooter sounded good until I put the seat on. Now its clogged to!
Is there a smaller "Micron Element" fuel filter That I can buy?
