Sounds like a compression issue if, IF!! You properly cleaned the carb.

you know what works for me when i cant start. take off the air filter hold hand over the snorkel kick a few times remove hand then kick it might start.

sorry it took so long to get back i did a compression test it is right around 70 way to low guess i be rebuilding

Yup, that's what I thought. Luckily its a straight forward repair. Not too expensive if you cant do it on you're own, really cheap if you can.

30 for someones old cylinder they pulled off a brand new bike and slapped a bbore on there. edit: cylinder, piston and rings. and a new pin and wrist pin, get their wrist pin too if they got one. they'll wear out.
