by giving it more air it will now get up to 45 on flat ground. im so thinking going with 115 main jet and a free flow air filter that worked great on my sons 150 what do you think alley or anyone

Well a 115 is a lot you will need a free flow filter with a 115 that feeds a lot of fuel. So if you got more out of it feeding it more air that means it is running rich. By doing that you lean it out. So sure I would get a 112 and a 115 and if the 115 is to much drop in the 112. All these motors run different and you have to find what it likes. Alleyoop

yea thats kinda my thoughts from the start it was running good just needed more speed so i was thinking more fuel and more air more speed when balanced correctly i think its doing all it can with the amount of fuel and air it has to work with. thanks alley for your help you always help me out even on the old forum. i let you know how it play out when i rejet and free flow it

lol i just took one of my bbk 50cc and out run that 150 it still needs help

well that 50 got 50mm piston race cam big head racing cdi and 20 mm carb and jet it gets the job done at about 50 top speed
